Shane is very approachable and easy to deal with. We had a pretty clear idea what we wanted internally and Shane listened and added his ideas and suggestions along the way. We showed him some general pictures of what we liked for the rear elevation and he nailed the design perfectly. Changes along the way inevitably happen and were no problem to overcome.
